Pitch pipe duration

Nice app, but the calibration screen has ads along the bottom that make it almost impossible to switch back to another view with out an unintended trip to the App Store.

Also, itd be nice to be able to have the pitch pipe play indefinitely, instead of the current maximum of 6 seconds. At a minimum, being able to set a longer duration would be nice.
